Case study · Public green spaces
For a company that maintains public green spaces we built InSite, a web platform that brings sites, schedules, daily reports, crews and documents into one place, replacing paperwork and scattered files.

The starting point
Every site has its own locations, scheduled works, crews, vehicles and paperwork. When all of this lives in spreadsheets, paper reports and email attachments, it is hard to see what was done, where and when.
Public tenders add a further layer: every intervention has to be documented and easy to prove.
The goal
Our client wanted to digitalise green area management: save time, cut paperwork and improve coordination between teams and contractors.
We designed and developed InSite as a single workspace for the office and the field.
