Terms of Sale

For the fixed-price products and monthly plans bought online on chainweb.solutions.

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Versione italiana: Condizioni di vendita

1. Who we are

CHAINWEB Corporation Srls, Via Frassineto 42, Turin (TO), Italy. VAT IT13486060018. Email: info@chainweb.solutions. In these terms: “we”. The person or company buying: “the client”.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the fixed-price products bought online on chainweb.solutions: AI Website Assistant, Business Assistant, Knowledge Assistant, AI Site Revival, SEO Setup, First Automation in 5 Days, Hardware Selection, Feasibility & Architecture Sprint, and the related monthly plans. What each product includes and does not include is described on its product page, which forms part of the contract. Custom projects are governed by a separate written proposal.

3. Prices and VAT

  • Prices for companies are shown without VAT. Italian VAT (22%) is added where due. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Italian VAT (reverse charge).
  • Prices for private customers (consumers) are shown including VAT.
  • AI model usage, phone minutes or other third-party usage costs are charged at cost only where the product page says so.

4. How the order works

  • The contract is concluded when the payment is completed. By paying, the client confirms having read the product page and these terms.
  • The client receives a payment receipt by email, followed by an invoice. Italian clients also receive the electronic invoice through the SDI system.
  • After payment, the client fills in a short form with the information needed to start. We confirm the start date within 1 business day.

5. Payment

  • Payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA bank transfer through Stripe. We never see or store card details.
  • Instalments: AI Website Assistant can be paid in 2 parts (first part at order, second part at launch). AI Site Revival can be paid in 2 parts (first part at order, second part on delivery). The second part is invoiced when due and must be paid before the work is handed over.
  • Private customers can pay AI Website Assistant and AI Site Revival in instalments through Klarna. Klarna is the provider of that service and applies its own terms.
  • Monthly plans are billed automatically every month in advance.

6. Delivery times

  • Delivery times on the product pages (for example “live in 5 days”) run in working days from the moment we receive all the materials and accesses we need.
  • If materials or accesses arrive late or incomplete, the delivery time moves by the same number of days.
  • If the client does not send the materials within 30 days of payment, we may close the order. In this case the amount paid is not refunded.

7. What the client provides

  • Correct and complete information, documents and accesses (website, tools, accounts) needed for the work.
  • The client confirms they have the right to use the content they send us (texts, images, documents, data) and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
  • For the AI assistants: the client is responsible for the accuracy of the information the assistant answers from, and for checking it during the test.

8. Testing and acceptance

  • Before going live, the client can test the work (for the AI assistants, on a private link) and ask for changes within the scope of the product.
  • Two rounds of changes are included. Requests outside the scope are quoted separately.
  • The work is considered accepted when it goes live, or 7 days after delivery if the client does not report problems.

9. Monthly plans

  • A monthly plan starts on the day the product goes live and is billed every month in advance.
  • It includes what the product page lists (for example hosting, monitoring, updates, small changes, moving to new AI models when ready).
  • The client can cancel anytime from the customer portal or by email. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid; no partial refunds. Website care plans: 30 days’ notice.
  • If the plan is cancelled, the service it pays for (for example the AI assistant on the website) stops at the end of the paid month. The assistant is not transferred to the client and cannot be taken over by them.
  • We may change the monthly price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The client can cancel before the new price applies.

10. Right of withdrawal (private customers only)

  • Private customers (consumers) can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, by writing to info@chainweb.solutions.
  • If the private customer asks us to start the work within the 14 days, they agree that: if they withdraw, they pay for the part of the work already done; once the work is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The client confirms this request when filling in the start form.
  • Companies and professionals buying for their business do not have a right of withdrawal.

11. Refunds

  • Full refund if we have not started the work, except when the order is closed because the client did not send the materials within 30 days (section 6); after the start, no refund for work already done; no refunds after delivery and acceptance.
  • If we cannot deliver what the product page describes, we refund the amount paid for that product.
  • Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days.

12. Ownership of the work

  • After full payment, the client owns the deliverables made for them: texts, designs, configurations, automations and code written for the project.
  • We keep the rights to our own tools, templates and know-how used to build them, and can reuse them in other projects.
  • Third-party software and services (for example AI models, WordPress plugins, automation platforms) remain subject to their own licences. AI assistants provided with a monthly plan (Website, Business and Knowledge Assistant) are a service: they remain ours, and the client has the right to use them while the plan is active. The client always keeps ownership of their own content and documents.

13. Third-party services

Some products run on services of other providers (AI models, hosting, WhatsApp/Meta, automation platforms). We choose them carefully but are not responsible for their outages, price or policy changes. If a provider changes something that affects the product, we will propose an alternative.

14. Warranty and liability

  • We do the work with professional care and fix, free of charge, defects reported within 30 days of delivery that are caused by us.
  • AI assistants answer from the client’s content and may occasionally make mistakes; the client keeps the responsibility for the final information given to their customers.
  • For companies: our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the last 12 months, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • For private customers: the legal guarantees provided by the Italian Consumer Code are not limited.

15. Data protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy (https://chainweb.solutions/policy). When we process personal data on behalf of the client (for example the conversations of an AI assistant), we sign a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR).

16. Law and competent court

  • These terms are governed by Italian law.
  • For companies, the competent court is the Court of Turin.
  • For private customers, the competent court is the one of the place where they live, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

17. Changes and contacts

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of purchase applies to that purchase. Questions: info@chainweb.solutions.
