Case study · Automation
Every order went through paper notes, emails, phone calls and manual checks. We connected requests, quotes, deliveries and payments in one automated flow.
The client
Cava & Mare imports and exports marble and natural stone: slabs, blocks and finished pieces for construction companies, architecture studios and resellers.
The challenge
Requests came in on paper notes, by email and by phone. Every quote was written by hand, deposits were checked one by one on the bank account, and the bookkeeper copied everything into a spreadsheet.
In the end, the balance had to be chased with phone calls and emails.
Before and after
The solution
We brought all requests into one place and connected quote, delivery and payment: AI drafts the quote, a person approves it, the driver confirms the delivery and the customer automatically receives the link to pay the balance.

Paper note, email or phone call: everything ends up in the same place.

From the request and the price list. A person checks and approves it.

The driver confirms with one tap, the balance comes in without reminders.
By email, phone or form, all in one place.
From the request and the price list. A person checks and approves it.
The customer receives the quote and pays the deposit.
The driver taps “delivered” on the phone.
The balance payment link goes out on its own.
The order closes without reminders.
What it looks like
Every order shows where it stands, from quote to final payment.
Illustrative example: names and orders are not real data.
