Garda: the daily site report starts from a voice message
Garda is management software for construction and engineering firms, which we designed starting from a CRM we built for one of our clients. At the end of the day the site manager sends a voice message: AI prepares the daily report, creates tasks, orders materials and notifies the right people.

Where it started
From a client CRM to a product
We had already built a CRM for an engineering firm to manage contracts and works. Looking for where AI could really help, we landed on the most hated moment of the day: the daily report.
The challenge
The daily report, written late and reluctantly
At the end of the day the site manager has to remember who was there, what was done, what is missing and what went wrong. It often gets written late, in a hurry, or not at all.
The technical office finds out about problems a day late, and material orders get lost between calls and messages.

We also handled naming and identity: a short name, not tied to the building site, easy to remember in Italian.
The “Punto” (full stop) mark closes the word the way a working day closes: the report is done, full stop.
