The challenge

The showroom model was broken before we arrived

Today's car buyer decides online and arrives at the dealership already knowing what they want. Traditional tools can't bridge the gap between imagination and reality.

01Flat images don't sell a premium carA 2D photo of a convertible tells a buyer almost nothing: not the scale, not the reflections on the paint, not how the car fits their life.
02No dealer can stock every variantA dealership carries a handful of cars, while the catalogue has dozens of colour and trim combinations. When the exact one isn't there, the sale is at risk.
03The "I want this car" moment never landsBuying a premium car is an emotional decision. Brochure, website and test drive are too slow and too cold to create it.

Try it

One tap, another Audi

Every exterior colour is available instantly, with no loading screens. The car stays on the table, in the room, at real scale; only the paint changes.

This is the same flow the buyer sees in the app.

The product

Six features that turn browsers into buyers

Real-world AR placementPoint a smartphone at a surface and a full-scale Audi appears, anchored to the real world, true to size and photorealistic in any lighting.
One-tap colour & trimEvery exterior colour and interior combination, instantly. The full catalogue in the buyer's hand.
360° walk-aroundWalk around the virtual car as you would the real one. Crouch down to see the wheels, step back to take in the silhouette.
Live animationsThe soft-top opens, doors swing, the interior lights up: features no static image could ever show.
Share your buildBuyers export their exact configuration to Instagram, WhatsApp or any platform, turning users into brand ambassadors.
Offline-readyWorks without internet: essential on showroom floors, at motor shows and at events with unreliable connectivity.

For dealers

What this means in real terms

AR isn't a novelty here. Every feature was designed to help dealerships close more sales, reduce overhead and create experiences buyers remember.

Higher conversion at the point of interestWhen buyers see the exact car they want, in their driveway and in their colour, a sense of ownership starts before the contract.
Shorter path to a decisionBuyers who interact with the AR model arrive at the dealership already decided: less discovery, more closing.
Full catalogue, zero floor spaceEvery colour, trim and option on demand. No more lost deals because the right configuration isn't on the lot.
Organic reach through sharingEvery shared build is branded social content, at no cost to the dealer.
Lower cost per demonstrationOne app instead of brochures, display models and multi-variant stock across the dealer network.
Differentiation that sticksDealers using AR stand apart from competitors that still rely on static brochures.

FAQ

Questions we often get

Does the buyer need to download an app?

Both options are available. A native app (App Store / Google Play) gives the best performance and offline use, ideal for dealerships and events. A WebAR version opens directly in the browser with no download, which lowers friction for consumers.

How long does development take?

A production-ready AR configurator with 1–2 models typically takes 6 to 10 weeks from kick-off to delivery, depending on the number of configurations, animation complexity and how quickly 3D assets are approved. We work in sprints with weekly demos.

Can the app integrate with our CRM or dealer portal?

Yes. We design integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), dealer management systems and product catalogues. When a buyer saves a configuration, the lead with the exact spec can go straight into your sales pipeline.

Is AR only useful for automotive?

No. AR configurators work wherever the product is complex, visual or high-value: furniture, industrial equipment, fashion, B2B machinery. If a buyer benefits from seeing a product at full scale before committing, AR delivers that.

What do we need to provide to get started?

Ideally existing 3D CAD files or reference images of your product, a list of configurable options (colours, trims, features) and the target platforms. If you don't have 3D assets yet, our partner Loto Studios handles full 3D modelling from scratch.

How much does an AR configurator cost?

It depends on the number of 3D models, the platforms (iOS, Android or WebAR) and the level of interaction: colour switching, animations, sharing. A focused MVP typically starts at €15,000–25,000. Get in touch and we'll scope your project.

Have a product people need to see to believe?

We build AR and mobile apps that let buyers see the product at full scale, in their own space, before they commit.
